These Terms govern your use of the VyaparWale platform and the QR ordering service offered by shops using it.

1. The service

VyaparWale provides billing, QR self-ordering, payments, loyalty and reporting tools to shops and restaurants. The shop you order from is responsible for the food/goods, prices, taxes and service.

2. Orders & payments

Prices and taxes (GST) shown at checkout are set by the shop.
UPI payments are made directly to the shop’s account; card/online payments (if offered) are processed by our payment partner.
An order is confirmed once payment is received and the shop accepts it.

3. Rewards

Loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and may be changed or discontinued by the shop. Points are a discount benefit only.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, place fraudulent orders, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, VyaparWale is not liable for the quality of food/goods (the shop’s responsibility) or for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at {City}, {State} having jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
