This Privacy Policy explains how VyaparWale (“we”, “the platform”) and the shop you are ordering from handle your personal data, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We do not collect or store your card numbers, CVV or bank credentials. UPI payments go directly to the shop; card payments (if any) are handled by our payment partner.
We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with: the shop you ordered from; our payment partner to process payments; and messaging providers (e.g. WhatsApp) to send updates you requested. We may disclose data where required by law.
Data is stored securely with reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls). We keep order and tax records as required by law, and other personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for messages, by contacting us (see the Contact page). We will respond within a reasonable time.
By entering your name and number and continuing to order, you consent to your data being used as described here. You can withdraw consent at any time; this won’t affect orders already processed.
